Return Policy:
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unworn items only in case of manufacturing defects, damage, or quality issues observed during use. Returns will not be accepted for any other reasons.
This policy does not apply to personalized jewelry, perfumes, candles, coins, utensils, and God idols, except in cases of defective or spurious products.
Kshityee reserves the right to inspect the returned items before approving any return or refund.
If you purchased a Kshityee product from a source other than the Kshityee website, app, or exclusive stores, the return policies of the respective purchase source will apply.
Any shipping charges paid at the time of ordering are non-refundable in case of returns.
If items are missing from your return order (i.e., if the customer claims to have returned multiple products but the actual pickup does not include all stated items), the company reserves the right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount. This includes promotional products such as free gifts and silver coins.
Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received at our warehouse and inspected. Refunds will be approved strictly in cases where a genuine defect, damage, or quality issue is identified.
You can request a replacement or exchange only in case of verified defects or damage under the same conditions as returns.
The replacement will be shipped only after the initial return has been picked up or delivered (for gold items).
You can initiate a return request through our website or app, or contact our Customer Support team for assistance.
Once a return request is booked, please ensure you are available for the reverse pickup and answer calls from the delivery partner. If you are unavailable or do not answer calls, the delivery partner may cancel the reverse pickup, requiring the process to be re-initiated, thus extending the timeline.
While most pin codes are serviceable for both forward and reverse logistics, some may only be forward serviceable. In such cases, we may request you to return the product via an alternative courier service, such as India Post, and we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs up to Rs. 70.
Any charges exceeding Rs. 70 will be adjusted against the customer's refund. For non-serviceable pin codes, the customer is responsible for returning the jewelry to our warehouse and will receive Rs. 70 towards shipping charges with their refund.
If you receive an empty parcel or a missing product, contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will require a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel to process your request.
Insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering may result in your claim not being honored. The brand reserves the right to make the final decision in such cases.
